MICHIGAN TO THE GULF COAST. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADARS AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATED HEAVY RAIN AND
THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT FROM MICHIGAN... STRETCHING
TO THE GULF COAST. A BROAD SHIELD OF MODERATE SHOWERS WAS LOCATED

NATION WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL
ALONG A NARROW AXIS ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST. ADDITIONAL 3 TO 6
INCH SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST
WISCONSIN THROUGH MONDAY. THE EXTREME RAINFALL MAGNITUDE WITH THIS
SYSTEM IS WINDING DOWN. LINGERING EFFECTS OF HEAVY RAINS ACROSS
OKLAHOMA/ARKANSAS/MISSOURI WILL CONTINUE...WITH RIVER FLOODING
ALONG MAJOR RIVERS INCLUDING THE MISSISSIPPI AND LOWER OHIO
RIVERS. THIS SAME EVENT WILL PRODUCE A RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER AND
HEAVY RAIN TODAY ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST STATES...MID ATLANTIC...INTO
NEW YORK.
