Losses Top $1 Billion, 7,000 Structures Destroyed in Deadly California Fires; Both Expected to Rise

Losses top $1 billion in California's barrage of deadly wildfires, according to Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones.

Authorities say nearly 7,000 homes and structures have been destroyed.

Both numbers are expected to rise.
