Knoxville easily soars to record high for Nov. 1
United States
Knoxville is having the hottest November 1 in recorded history, reaching 85 degrees at 3 p.m. -- easily eclipsing the city’s previous Nov. 1 high of 82, which was set in 1935, according to the National Weather Service.
We’re getting used to the heat: Having just endured one of the hottest summers in history, Knoxville has seen record highs continuing into the fall.
