Record rainfalls, flash flooding across Iowa and Illinois

Record rainfall totals of 7 to 15 inches fell across Dubuque County Iowa and Jo Daviess County Illinois overnight resulting in both flash flooding and River Flooding. Due to the flooding, several roads have been closed across both Iowa and Illinois.
