Oklahoma City swings from drought to flooding

Last year total Oklahoma City rainfall thru March was 2.22 inches. Today OKC exceeded that in less than 6 hours – 2.28 as of 1pm. OKC has already broken the rainfall record for today. 1.73 in was old record set in 1903.
